The Church Finance Intensive is designed for your clergy and lay leadership including wardens, treasures, and council members. We’ll start with our Church Finance Health Check Audit to determine the major financial issues facing your church or chaplaincy. Then we’ll work with you to develop a plan which will serve as a practical framework to get the work started.
Once we have planned the work we will work the plan. Follow through is all about simplicity, accountability and consistency. Checking actions against the plan and adjusting the plan as we go along.
This will require steady, ongoing attention and engagement. We will partner with you and coach you through the implementation of the plan.
